The rooms are extremely spacious and they have central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. The staff are honest and the location is particularly good in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Moreover, it is close to several bus stops and an amazing forest and Bulgaria for work 3 times a year.

Air conditioning not functional, leading to uncomfortable sleeping conditions!!! Several electrical outlets appeared unsafe, nearly hanging off the wall, a concerning hazard!!! Walls require repairs due to visible cracks!!!

Easy setting, excellent and extremely friendly staff.
In front of a bus station, convenient. Modern & contemporary unit with a mountain view. A good choice of supplies in the room: a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television.

The Beautiful Studio I booked was super spacious, perfect for my solo stay. The big kitchen had loads of cookware. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated after long days exploring Sofia. The secure parking on the -1 floor added peace of mind. I faced some inconveniences. The floor of the room wasn't very clean upon my arrival, disappointing. The reception staff seemed unfriendly at check-in. The heavy curtains blocked any natural light. Despite the price being reasonable, I expected a more cute environment.

The venue met requirements. Everything there was really good and the staff were really helpful. the location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Muzeiko. Great-sized and contemporary unit as in the photos, we liked it.
